The AAA Assessment Tool, standing for Actual, Ambition, and Achievement, is a comprehensive student case record designed for continuous evaluation. It includes personal and family data, health status, academic progress, and assessments of leadership, personality, intelligence, and classroom behavior. The tool also documents students’ ambitions and how teachers guide and motivate them to achieve their goals. This innovative assessment format was developed by Dr. P. N. Narayana Raja, for which he was awarded a Gold Medal by Madurai Kamaraj University.
By combining traditional values with modern teaching practices, Francois Meyer School ensures that students not only excel in academics but also grow into confident, responsible, and future-ready individuals.
